Expert Construction Services in General Engineering Construction
H-T General Engineering, Inc. was established in 2014 as Hight Tech Construction by Jesse Blanquel and Miguel Aguirre, two years after Hight Tech Construction became HT General Engineering, Inc., with the help of Felix Madariaga, who joined HTGEN. Mr. Madariaga served and retired from the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering Department, Mr. Madariaga performed his duties as Senior Chief Engineer. During his tenure with the city of L.A. Mr. Madariaga played a key role in the planning, design, and execution of numerous large-scale civil engineering projects that have shaped the landscape of Los Angeles. His work encompassed a wide range of projects: storm drain systems throughout the city, sewers, water resources management, and public works projects, not limited to other work endeavors.
Today, CEO Felix Madariaga leads H-T General Engineering, Inc. with extensive experience in municipal engineering and infrastructure development. His background with the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering, provides a strong foundation for delivering exceptional and sustainable engineering services that benefit clients and communities.
